HECK YES. My passport is up to date and I am right in between two of the largest airports in the world — ORD + MKE. I am ready to go wherever you are!!! In fact I have a whole section of this website dedicated to destination weddings and sessions!!
For anything outside of 60 miles driving from Kenosha, WI, I have an added fee of $1/per every extra mile of driving. Chicago, IL does not count! If it requires me to fly to your destination, the cost of airfare and a two night stay at a hotel or airbnb will be included in your package.
I love giving you back ALL of your moments. The only images I don’t deliver are blurry, eyes closed, unflattering, etc. You can typically expect 75-100 images an hour based on how long you have me for.
OF COURSE!! Keeping your photos safe and sound is my TOP priority. First things first is I bring two cameras to your wedding day. I keep those memory cards safe in protectant cases that I carry with me until the moment I get home. While I am shooting, the photos are being written to 2 memory cards. As soon as I get to my computer I back up your photos to 2 hard drives as well as cloud storage!
Besides the previews you’ll receive a couple days following your big day or session, I guarantee to have your gallery back to you within 6-8 weeks for weddings, and 2-4 weeks for sessions!
To officially book your date, I require a 30% non-refundable retainer to reserve that day for YOU! Depending on the timeline of when you book, there can also be a 20% payment midway. After that is paid and the agreement is signed, you guys are good to go!! The remaining balance is due 1 week before your wedding. I accept payment through Honeybook, Venmo, or Zelle.
I honestly have to be in a life or death situation for this to happen. In the event I can’t be at your wedding, I would have an extremely trust worthy associate photographer photograph your wedding day (whose work we would both agree on) and they would deliver the photos to me so I can edit and deliver them to you. Again, highly unlikely!
I always say let’s wait until the morning of the session to decide on whether to reschedule or to move forward. If it’s rain, I have extra clear umbrellas in my trunk for you to use if you would be down for that vibe! If not, a reschedule is no problem. If the weather is bad on your wedding day, I would work with your of-day coordinator to discuss alternatives for photo-ops and ceremony location, etc. BUT, don’t stress! Rainy days have resulted in some of my favorite photos ever!
Nope! My editing is a HUGE part of my process and art in general. Your gallery is the other half of your end result. I promise I deliver all of the best photos you want, and if you feel like there was something I missed – just ask! It is all about trust for me and you, and if you trust me to create beautiful images for you, don’t ask for raws.
